After a transaction the coins disappeared. How do I get my coins back?

The current process to solve this issue is:

  1. Navigate to your luminex address page: https://luminex.io/spark/address/<YOUR-ADDRESS

  2. Flashnet No Funds Issue If it exists under Trades tab, and you click the icon to go to sparkscan and it shows 404 This is a No Funds Flashnet issue. Trades exist but flashnet did not send funds. Both requires a flashnet refund. Refunds will be processed automatically by Flashnet.

  3. Clawback If you can't find the transaction under Trades on your address page, check Transactions tab. If you confirm that you sent BTC/coins and never received coins/BTC back the transaction should be clawbackable. Navigate to https://luminex.io/spark/clawback and clawback the tx. This works only when Flashnet is live.

I bridge BTC from another chain to Spark using FixedFloat and never received my funds

If you tried to Bridge your funds crosschain to Spark using the Bridge button on Luminex wallet and never received your funds, this is a FixedFloat issue. The platform managing the crosschain transfers.

In this case, the best option is to get in touch with FixedFloat directly.

  1. Make sure to save your FixedFloat order Id and the transaction ID where you sent funds

My Spark BTC balance is stuck in Pending state

If your Spark BTC balance is showing as pending, it’s due to a temporary issue with the Spark Service Provider (SSP). Your balance hasn’t been lost, it’s awaiting processing and will be updated automatically once the issue is resolved. What's a Spark Service Provider? > A service provider who facilitates efficient deposits/withdrawals to/from Spark. Any number of SSPs can exist within a single Spark. Either SSPs or another entity can additionally optionally serve as Lightning providers to enable Lightning transactions for users within Spark.
