CTO Requests
Luminex Community Takeover (CTO) Guidelines
The CTO program exists to protect users and ensure only legitimate community leaders can take over abandoned Luminex tokens. A CTO is approved only when it’s indisputable that the original team is gone and the community cannot continue without new leadership.
Eligibility Requirements
1. Token Ownership
You must hold at least 1 percent of the token supply.
You must complete a verification task to confirm you control the wallet.
2. Account Verification
You must prove you own the accounts you plan to use for the project:
New X/Twitter account, Telegram, website, etc.
Verification may include signing a message, screenshots, or other proof.
If you are migrating from old channels, you must show that the community was clearly informed.
Evidence Requirements
Your CTO request must show that:
The original dev or team has abandoned the project (no activity, dead channels, dormant wallet, announcement about leaving, etc.).
The community cannot function without a new lead.
There is no dispute about creator fees or ownership. Luminex will not mediate disagreements.
What You Must Submit
Proof you own 1 percent of the supply.
Evidence that original channels are inactive or abandoned.
Screenshots or on-chain proof that the former team is no longer involved.

💳 Payment: A $199 fee must be paid via BTC on Spark
Missing any major requirement means automatic rejection. Each request requires manual review.
Evaluation Process
All requests are reviewed case-by-case. Even if requirements are met, approval is not guaranteed.
We prioritize:
Long term health of the token
Genuine community leadership
Preventing fee farming or opportunistic takeovers
Strong alignment with current holders
Please submit your requests via the Luminex Discord, under #OTHER REQUESTS and open a ticket.
Important Notes
Fraudulent CTO attempts will result in permanent removal from the program.
Creator fees will not be redirected unless the situation is crystal clear.
Some tokens may not qualify if they were never intended to be community-driven.
