On the RUNES mint page, you will encounter three primary sections:
The Main Tool: This section encompasses Mint, Deploy, and Transfer functionalities.
"Find a Rune to Mint": Runes are automatically filtered by the highest pending.
Your History and Owned Runes: Area contains your transaction history and the Runes you currently possess.
Our primary deployment tool for Runes offers the abilities to MINT, DEPLOY, and TRANSFER Runes.
Minting Runes is straightforward, especially when selecting a trending project from the "Find a Rune to Mint" section. Clicking "MINT" will autofill the ticker information; otherwise, enter the TICKER information with the correct format manually.
Once the ticker is entered, specify the desired amount of mints (up to 20) and choose one of two "Minting Modes": Pre Split or Auto Split.
Pre Split: Finalizes your mint in one block, using only confirmed (not pending) BTC balance.
Auto Split (Bulk): Spreads mints across two blocks, allowing for many mints by using your pending TXs but with a higher risk of others minting before you (frontrunning). Users do not need to split UTXOs in advance.

Select from SLOW, MEDIUM, FAST, or Custom (enter your own fee rate).
To mint, ensure you're logged into your wallet and connected to the Luminex mint page. Once logged in, your receiving wallet address will autofill.
Choose your preferred fees; we recommend FAST or CUSTOM to avoid front-running.
After setting your mints and fee rate, click the mint button. Your wallet will prompt you to approve the TX.
Upon confirmation, the webpage will display your TX info along with links to the mempool.
Now it's time to create your new Rune token! You'll see 5 empty text boxes that require filling:
Rune Ticker
Decimals
Symbol
Max Supply
Limit Per Mint
Enter your desired Ticker under this section, with a minimum length of 12 characters*. Use " . " for spaces in the ticker. An ETA will be provided for ticker lengths under 12 characters, based on the number of blocks required. * currently the minimum is 12 characters, but this will change with time as more Tickers become available
This determines the divisibility of your tokens.
Use a single character to help identify your token.
Choose between a max supply or unlimited supply. This is crucial for your tokenomics, so take time to double-check the value entered.
This sets the maximum amount of tokens minted at a time.
You can reserve X amount of tokens for the team and set custom block limits or start and end minting periods.
To etch, ensure you're logged into your wallet and connected to the Luminex mint page. After setting your fee rate, click the deploy button. Your wallet will prompt you to approve the TX. Upon confirmation, the webpage will display your TX info along with links to the mempool.
Transfer allows you to disperse tokens to single or multiple wallets. Begin by choosing the token from the dropdown menu labeled "Select Asset to Transfer." Next, specify the amount of tokens to send, either a custom amount or the maximum.
To transfer, ensure you're logged into your wallet and connected to the Luminex mint page.
After setting your fee rate, click the transfer button. Your wallet will prompt you to approve the TX.
Once confirmed, the webpage will display your TX info along with links to the mempool.
The transfer tool also allows you to split your Runes by sending the runes to yourself.
Discovering trending mints is effortless through the "Find a Rune to Mint" section. Upon loading the page, it defaults to displaying the token with the highest amount of pending transactions. To sort by other options, such as Name, Progress, Created, Mints, and Holders:
Look for the (COLOR) button labeled "MINT" on the right side of the section.
Clicking this button will autofill all required information in the main "Mint" tab of the tool.
At this point, select the desired amount and click "MINT." Your wallet will prompt you to approve your transaction (TX).
You can also toggle to filter out completed mints in the table.
This section serves as your profile, displaying your interactions with the "RUNES MINT TOOL". You can check based on your actions of Mints, Etches and Transfers, as well as the current status of these actions.
You can view the Runes you own currently, including their tickers and quantities.
